About this fly
The Prince Nymph turned up — more flash, more colour, more reach in fast water.
The Psycho Prince keeps the biot wings and the general shape of the original but replaces the peacock body with flash and adds a coloured collar. The result is a fly designed to be found: in fast pocket water, in stained flows, and in the short drift window where a trout has half a second to decide.
It is not a subtle fly and it is not meant to be. Fish it where visibility is the limiting factor and switch to the standard Prince when the water clears.
